Kristy Miller
Kristy Miller was born and raised in Saratoga County. She is a graduate of Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business, management and economics. She also earned an associate’s degree in paralegal studies.
Kristy previously served as Confidential Secretary to four successive Warren County Administrators. Her position was critical to the day-to-day functioning of a county government with 800+ employees and an annual budget exceeding $180 million. She assisted the County Administrator and 20 elected members of the Board of Supervisors in all matters of governmental administration. Prior to her public service with Warren County, Miller managed a law office in Corinth, NY, and served for 15 years as a paralegal, specializing in matters related to real estate, mortgages and estate planning.
She resides in Greenfield, NY, with her husband, daughter, and beloved dog.
